Where the heck is the factions CD key - Guild Wars Forums

I got the preorder and factions game all in one last week. I used the preorder cd key to unlock the bonus. However now it says i dont have acess b/c i need the factions cd key. I have the game sitting right next to me, but i have NO idea where the cd key is. Thanks

Check in the game box. it'll be in a number of places:

- if your Faction CD's come in cardboard slips, then check the back of them as the key will be there.
- Else is there a sealed bit in the box? ie small cardboard/paper square sealed in plastic? If so, check that.
- Looked at the back or inside cover's for your faction manual(s)?

Little paper thing that you tear the edges off of. But I remember the first Guild Wars had this little 'scrash and win' thing for the key.

mine was on a 'credit card' and you had to scratch of the metalic bit on the back using a coin (like in the lottery

) to reaveal the code.
